<\/a>Victor Santiago was tragically struck and killed while riding an e-scooter on Halloween in Port St. Lucie.<\/p>\n\nAccording to police, Victor Santiago was hit at about 5:45 a.m. by a 2021 Mercedes-Benz on Southeast Crosstown Parkway. Santiago was ejected from the scooter and transported to St. Lucie Medical Center, where he later died. The accident remains under investigation.<\/p>\n
