According to the authorities, the suspect, scheduled for a urine drug test, got rid of a Whizzinator and what deputies hope was a fake urine container inside the police vehicle.

According to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred on Tuesday, July 14. The man in question, 52-year-old James Shepard, was scheduled for a court-ordered drug class, so he decided to arrive in his vehicle.

However, according to the FCSO, the man had driven on a suspended license. On top of that, Shepard was on felony probation for multiple past burglaries and thefts, making his arrival at the drug class very illegal.

As a result, FCSO deputies, witnessing what the man had done, placed him under arrest. He was then put on the back of a patrol car, and things got weird moving forward.

Patrol Car Shenanigans

While being transported on the way to jail, Shepard complained of a shoulder injury. The deputy agreed to make things easier for the 52-year-old man and moved his handcuffs to the front.

Shortly after, as seen in the footage attached above, Shepard grabs something from his pants. Moments later, he tossed it to the side, landing on the patrol car’s floorboard.

What was it? According to the FCSO, it was a jerry-rigged Whizzinator, a fake bladder containing potentially fake urine that was wired to a heating pad, and, to top it all off, a synthetic “pizzle.”

Whizzinator Revealed

Authorities believed that the man was attempting to provide a fake urine sample instead of his own. A Whizzinator, after all, is designed to do exactly that: a device strapped to a person’s groin used to pass drug tests.

Upon checking on Shepard, a deputy immediately noticed the device. Knowing full well what was inside his patrol unit, he immediately asked the suspect about it, calling it a “dildo.”

Shepard, meanwhile, feigned ignorance, as shown in the patrol car’s camera footage. The deputy called him on his lie right before the clip ended.

Charges

James Shepard, following the faux “weanie” incident, was booked into Sheriff Pery Hall Inmate Detention Facility on multiple charges. These are driving without a license, violating his probation, defrauding a drug test, and tampering with evidence.

“This pee-brain dirtbag had already been given the deal of a lifetime, walking around on community control when he should have been sitting in a prison cell for almost a decade,” Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly said. “Now he has a stream of new charges after flushing away a second chance to turn his life around. Instead, he tried to trick the system. Now he needs to go to prison!”

Online records show that Shepard is being held on a $8,000 bond. As per Sheriff Staly, he was previously sentenced to community control instead of nearly a decade behind bars for his crimes.

If you want more stories like this, follow Guessing Headlights on Yahoo so you don’t miss what’s coming next.

A middle-aged man in Flagler County, Florida, is facing mulitple charges following a bizarre series that ended inside…

[6
28621,4717,28,30,29,140815,15618,140814
post-343268","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-florida","tag-fcso","tag-flagler-county","tag-florida","tag-florida-headlines","tag-florida-news","tag-james-shepard","tag-patrol-car","tag-whizzinator
["GET
