They will measure 241 and 270 feet above grade, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The tallest of the two buildings, Stirrup Plaza, will feature 402 units, while the other building, Magnus Grove, will feature 348. Accounting for the 68 units that will remain on the site, the site would host 818 residences. They will range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. Most of the apartments would be two-bedroom layouts.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-41075\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Screenshot-2026-07-16-at-12.36.49-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"656\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">The venture will yield two towers measuring 22 and 25 stories. Both towers would feature their own communal amenities; each would have a swimming pool. \u00a0Other plans call for 811 parking spots, 55 of which would be for bicycles.<\/p>\n<p>Cohen Freedman Encinosa &amp; Associates Architects is the architect.
