(WSPA) \u2013 The Laurens County Coroner&#8217;s Office said a man was found dead after drowning at his second home on Lake Greenwood.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">At approximately 11:30 a.m. Thursday, officials were notified of a death that occurred at a home in Waterloo following a possible drowning in Lake Greenwood.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The victim was identified as 81-year-old Glenn Cameron of Hawthorne, Florida. Officials said Cameron has a second home on Lake Greenwood in Waterloo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">An autopsy was performed Friday morning. The cause of death was determined to be drowning, and the manner was ruled an accident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The incident remains under investigation by the Laurens County Coroner&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
