(WCTV) &#8211; Tallahassee is starting construction on a traffic signal upgrade on Monday at two local, busy intersections.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The construction will be at the intersection of MLK Jr. Boulevard and Tharpe Street and the other on MLK Jr. Boulevard and Northwood Boulevard.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Crews are modernizing the intersections, including new mast-arm signals and updated sidewalks and crosswalks.
