{"id":344875,"date":"2026-07-19T00:53:25","date_gmt":"2026-07-19T00:53:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/344875\/"},"modified":"2026-07-19T00:53:25","modified_gmt":"2026-07-19T00:53:25","slug":"oceanfront-home-in-ponte-vedra-beach-sells-for-10-25-million","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/344875\/","title":{"rendered":"Oceanfront home in Ponte Vedra Beach sells for $10.25 million"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"h974632-p1\" class=\"permalinkable\">An oceanfront home in Ponte Vedra Beach sold July 10 for $10.25 million.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h974632-p2\" class=\"permalinkable\">The home at 571 Ponte Vedra Blvd. was built in 2006 and has four bedrooms and five baths.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h974632-p3\" class=\"permalinkable\">Through Akoumia LLC, Nickolas Stam and Alixe Stamatogiannakis of Jacksonville Beach sold the property to David and Regina LaMonte of Ponte Vedra Beach.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h974632-p4\" class=\"permalinkable\">Stam, a real estate developer and former COO of Florida Blue, purchased the home for $5.53 million in August 2025.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h974632-p5\" class=\"permalinkable\">This is the second time Stam has sold a Ponte Vedra Boulevard home for nearly twice what he paid in less than two years.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h974632-p6\" class=\"permalinkable\">In December 2024, he sold a home at 697 Ponte Vedra Blvd. for $10.9 million after buying it for $5.35 million in May 2022.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h974632-p7\" class=\"permalinkable\">David LaMonte is a retired vice president and general manager of rental-car corporation Enterprise Holdings\u2019 Jacksonville Group.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"An oceanfront home in Ponte Vedra Beach sold July 10 for $10.25 million.
