According to WESH,<\/a> citing information from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), a man reportedly died after suffering a cardiac emergency while riding “it’s a small world” at Magic Kingdom in April.<\/p>\nPer the report, the FDACS information was released Wednesday and contains data from the second quarter of 2026. According to WESH, the report shows the following injury totals:<\/p>\n
Busch Gardens – No injuriesUniversal Studios Orlando – Four injuriesWalt Disney World – Five injuries<\/p>\n
WESH reported that FDACS documents show a 54-year-old man with a pre-existing medical condition experienced a cardiac emergency while riding “it’s a small world” on April 24. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died.<\/p>\n
The documents reportedly show the following incidents occurred during the second quarter of 2026:<\/p>\n
