Generally the menus consist of an appetizer, entree and dessert.

This year, though, the price structure has shifted upward: Brunch and lunch menus are $40 instead of $35, while dinner menus range from $50-$60 instead of $45-$60.

There’s also a new “premium” tier of Spice, with fixed price menus and some tasting experiences starting at $95, as well as the usual upscale signature experiences.

There are more than 300 participating restaurants for 2026, including many who have participated in Spice for more than a decade, like Novocento Brickell (now in its 24th year) and A Fish Called Avalon (its 21st). The Palms Hotel & Spa has participated for 17 years, while 94th Aero Squadron has joined in for 17 years, right there at the edge of the airport. And to think you drove right past it.

There are also newcomers like the Michelin-recognized Vietnamese spot Tam Tam; the stunningly gorgeous The Mexican, on the water in Brickell Key, and the swanky steakhouse Maple & Ash at Miami Worldcenter.

TThe Vietnamese restaurant Tam Tam in Miami is participating in Miami Spice in 2026. And don’t miss the spectacular lunch menu at the Michelin-starred Cote Korean Steakhouse, which we haven’t tried yet but definitely will. It’s a highlight.

The upscale Signature Experiences include an interactive chef’s table night for only 10 guests at Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Bar in Kendall, while Doya in Wynwood is hosting a chef-led family-style meal. Uchi in Wynwood and Uchiko in Miami Beach are offering omakase-style experiences.

The 25th anniversary also includes three partnerships for Miami Spice, and that means three new products for the duration of the promotion. The Tank Brewing Co. has brewed up Miami Spice Lager, while the Florida-based brand Tabañero is making Signature Xtra Heat hot sauce. Voodoo Doughnut has created Holla at Chamoy, a Miami-inspired doughnut from Voodoo Doughnut with mango chamoy filling and a sweet and spicy chamoy and habanero coating.

About the anniversary, David Whitaker, president and CEO of the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, said the group is “incredibly proud to mark this milestone.”

“For 25 years, Miami Spice Restaurant Months have been a much-anticipated celebration of our destination’s extraordinary culinary landscape,” he said. “What began as an economic development initiative to support our restaurant community during the quieter summer months has grown into a beloved tradition.”

You can find a full list of participating residents at www.miamiandbeaches.com/deals/spice-restaurant-months

Doya restaurant in Wynwood, designated a Bib Gourmand by Michelin, serves Turkish and Greek cuisine and is participating in Miami Spice this year.
