This girl happened to be vegan. So, to entice her, he created a coconut curry.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis has unexpectedly become one of my most popular dishes,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>From savory to sweet, Chef Whaley is also demoing a cookie-stuffed waffle he invented six years ago.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCorn Mochi, the one we\u2019re featuring today, is voted number one dessert in the United States of America in 2024.\u201d (According to the regional \u201cDessert Wars\u201d festival in Tampa.)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy number one rule is if I\u2019m testing something and I want it on the menu, if I don\u2019t actually go, \u2018Oh, (expletive)!\u2019 If I don\u2019t do that, I don\u2019t put it on the menu.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Enough said.
