Police say he and Andrew O&#8217;Neill, 34, broke windows and tore up landscaping lights at the Residences at 400 Central earlier this month, causing $96,000 in damage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">An arrest affidavit for Boyle was not immediately available. Records show he was being held at the Pinellas County Jail on a $5,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">O&#8217;Neill was <a data-ylk=\"slk:arrested Saturday;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;outcm:mb_qualified_link;\" data-yga=\"{&quot;yLinkElement&quot;:&quot;link&quot;,&quot;yLinkElementType&quot;:&quot;article_link&quot;}\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/news\/us\/articles\/police-arrest-1-accused-damaging-153323361.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">arrested Saturday<\/a> after turning himself in, according to the St. Petersburg Police Department. An arrest affidavit states that a witness identified O&#8217;Neill from the footage of him kicking landscaping lights around 11:35 p.m. on July 11.
