A Florida mom has been arrested after her three children were found living in \u201cbiohazard conditions,\u201d with human feces \u201ccoating the floors, walls and ceilings\u201d of the living areas, even the kitchen.<\/p>\n

Carla Nishikura, 41, was charged with three counts of child abuse after her kids were found in the Palm Coast home that was so disgusting a cleaning crew refused to go in \u201cdue to the biohazard conditions,\u201d according to an arrest affidavit.<\/p>\n

The alarm was raised on July 16 when a neighbor saw the tattooed mom\u2019s 8-year-old daughter wandering around outside naked, the Flagler County Sheriff\u2019s Office said in the report.<\/p>\n

Nishikura told officers that the girl, who is autistic and nonverbal, had escaped through the garage door while she was sleeping \u2014 after she forgot to zip tie it closed to keep her from running off.<\/p>\n

As police went inside the house, officers noted the floor of the girl\u2019s bedroom, which only had a frame and no mattress, \u201cwas covered with fecal matter, cracked eggs, and urine,\u201d the affidavit stated.<\/p>\n

At one point, officers observed the girl, who was still naked and barefoot, \u201cusing a tool to scrape fecal matter from the wall and manipulate it with her hands,\u201d according to the affidavit.<\/p>\n

One of the girl\u2019s two siblings, who had been sleeping elsewhere in the house, told investigators they were told not to enter the girl\u2019s room to avoid being exposed to the excrement that had been in the home \u201cfor approximately one month,\u201d according to the affidavit.<\/p>\n

Nishikura acknowledged the deplorable conditions of her home, telling police she was unable to take care of her house and kids by herself, police said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Body camera footage obtained by WKMG<\/a> shows a police officer telling the tattooed mother outside of the home that one of the bedrooms looked like a \u201clitterbox,\u201d prompting her to fire back that he should watch his \u201cchoice of words.\u201d<\/p>\n

She tries to run back inside the house, at which point she\u2019s placed in handcuffs. <\/p>\n

\u201cYou guys are f\u2013cked up,\u201d she tells the police office.<\/p>\n

The officers contacted the Florida Department of Children and Families, who had visited the home a day prior and reported the \u201cdeplorable\u201d state of the residence. <\/p>\n

DCF triied to get in the cleaning service that refused to go in the \u201cbiohazard conditions,\u201d the affidavit says.<\/p>\n

She was charged with three counts of child neglect and taken to Flagler County Inmate Facility, where she\u2019s being held on a $7,500 bond, jail records show.<\/p>\n
