It is anchored by tenants At Home and Five Below and shadow-anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h976833-p3\" class=\"permalinkable\">Largo did not disclose the buyer, but Pinellas County property records show it is a Doral LLC named GC Pete whose address matches that of the commercial real estate investment firm Granite Capital. Property records show the buyer paid $7.8 million for the center.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h976833-p4\" class=\"permalinkable\">The previous owner paid $6 million for it in 2021.
