Woman arrested after meth found in backpack during traffic stop in Cape Coral<\/p>\n

\"JamesCAPE CORAL, Fla. \u2014<\/p>\n

A woman was arrested early Tuesday morning in Cape Coral after she was accused of trafficking methamphetamine.<\/p>\n

According to the Cape Coral Police Department, Tara Michele Flore, 29, was arrested after a traffic stop on Del Prado Boulevard South at 1:39 a.m.<\/p>\n

During the stop, a K-9 alerted to the possible presence of narcotics inside the vehicle.<\/p>\n

A search of the vehicle led to a backpack that reportedly contained four clear plastic baggies with a crystal-like substance inside, which tested positive for meth, officers said. The weight was 97.8 grams.<\/p>\n

The police said that the investigation connected Flore to the reported meth, and she was arrested.<\/p>\n

Flore was taken to the Lee County Jail, and she is facing a charge of trafficking in methamphetamine over 14 grams.<\/p>\n
