(CBS12)  \u2014 A former Florida gymnastics coach and social media content creator pleaded guilty in federal court to charges of producing, receiving and possessing child pornography, as well as conspiracy to commit money laundering.<\/p>\n<p>According to court documents, Theresa Mitchell, 44, of Navarre, conspired with Christopher Buckeridge to produce and sell images and videos depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Prosecutors said Mitchell sold and distributed the material to customers through social media platforms, messaging applications and subscription-based websites.<\/p>\n<p>See also: <a href=\"https:\/\/cbs12.com\/news\/local\/309-arrested-florida-immigration-enforcement-operation-ice-immigration-arrests-illegal-immigration-287g-program-florida-state-board-of-immigration-enforcement-palm-beach-county-sheriffs-office-homeland-security-investigations-florida-news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">309 arrested in 5-day Palm Beach County immigration enforcement operation <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Court documents say Buckeridge also sent Mitchell hundreds of images and videos depicting the sexual abuse of minors, including material showing the sadistic sexual abuse of prepubescent children.<\/p>\n<p>In March, a judge issued an arrest warrant for Mitchell, who was later arrested in central Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n<p>Mitchell faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison and up to 30 years on the production and conspiracy charges. She also faces up to 20 years in prison on the receipt, possession and money laundering conspiracy charges.<\/p>\n<p>As part of her sentence, Mitchell will be required to pay restitution to her victims and register as a sex offender under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"NAVARRE, Fla.
