Developed by Terra, the 47-acre master-planned community is designed by PPK Architects in collaboration with master plan architect Arquitectonica and urban planner Plusurbia Design. The newly completed phase introduces 578 multifamily apartments, with leasing underway and residents now moving into the community.<\/p>\n<p>Upland Park is redeveloping the Miami-Dade County Dolphin Park-and-Ride Transit Terminal Facility through a public-private partnership between Terra and Miami-Dade County. Upon full buildout, the development will comprise multiple phases of residential, retail, and commercial space adjacent to one of the county\u2019s busiest transit hubs. Monthly rental rates begin in the $2,000s.
