JLL arranged the financing through GID Credit. The portfolio includes properties at 5501 Pioneer Park Blvd., 5519 Pioneer Park Blvd. and 9704 Solar Drive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The portfolio is 90% leased to 11 tenants and includes <a href=\"https:\/\/tbbwmag.com\/real-estate\/industrial\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"32\" title=\"Industrial\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">warehouse<\/a> and office space. The buildings feature 18- to 22-foot clear heights, 25 dock-high doors, six drive-in doors and three-phase power.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"679\" height=\"452\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/images-2-2.jpeg\" alt=\"Aerial view of a three-building industrial portfolio in Tampa featuring warehouse buildings, parking areas and a stormwater pond.\" class=\"wp-image-92073\"  \/>Aerial view of the three-building Tampa industrial portfolio acquired with $23.15 million in financing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The properties are in the <a href=\"https:\/\/tbbwmag.com\/category\/tampa-international-airport\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"25\" title=\"Tampa International Airport\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tampa Airport<\/a> and Tampa East industrial submarkets, where vacancy for small-bay industrial space remains limited.
