Jacksonville-based GreenPointe Holdings promoted Garrison Burr to finance manager.<\/p>\n
GreenPointe said in a July 21 news release that Burr is responsible for financial analysis, land acquisition research and strategic planning initiatives that support the company\u2019s developments and growth.\u00a0<\/p>\n
He works with company leadership, investors and equity partners to evaluate project performance and assess opportunities.<\/p>\n

Burr joined GreenPointe Holdings in 2021 as a financial analyst. He previously served as a financial analyst for ClubCorp Holdings in Dallas and as a senior audit associate at KPMG in Jacksonville.<\/p>\n
A CPA licensed in Florida, Burr is a graduate of Florida State University, where he received a master\u2019s degree in accountancy and a bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting and finance.<\/p>\n
He serves on the board of directors for the Monique Burr Foundation for Children and the FSU Seminole Boosters and is an active member of Urban Land Institute North Florida.<\/p>\n

Burr is the son of the late Monique Burr, the foundation\u2019s inspiration, and Edward Burr, who founded GreenPointe in 2008.\u00a0<\/p>\n
