ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA)\u2014 Both men in connection with a vandalism incident that caused $96,000 in damage at a luxury downtown condo tower have turned themselves in.<\/p>\n

The St. Petersburg Police Department announced that Andrew O’Neill, 34, and James Boyle, 38, have turned themselves in to the Pinellas County Jail.<\/p>\n

O’Neill was arrested on July 18<\/a> after he and Boyle were caught on camera ripping up one of the exterior lights at 400 Central Avenue and throwing it at the window numerous times on July 11.<\/p>\n

The two tore up 14 landscaping lights and broke three large windows<\/a>, totaling the damage to $96,000.<\/p>\n

The windows were valued at $25,000 a piece.<\/p>\n

O’Neill and Boyle were charged with criminal mischief over $1,000, officers said.<\/p>\n
