This five-bedroom, five-bathroom home in West Palm Beach measures 4,500 square feet. Meredith Beebe with Sotheby\u2019s handled the listing.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udfc6 Commercial: The priciest commercial transaction recorded in the region was in Medley. Miami-based developer Tekton Development paid $6.6 million to a company managed by Jorge Munilla for an industrial property at 7501 Northwest 72nd Street. The one-story building spans about 8,800 square feet and sits on a 2.6-acre lot. The Munilla-led entity purchased the property in 2005 for $1.2 million.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcca Residential: In Gulf Stream, Michael and Anna Glennon purchased the home at 3580 Polo Drive for $8 million. Andre Joli-Coeur, Ross Gaudreault and Monique Pouliot with a trust were the sellers. The five bedroom and six and a half bath residence spans 6,000 square feet. The sale breaks down to $1,300 per square foot.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcca Residential: Dwayne and Pamela Powell parted with the home at 15255 Southwest 268th Street in Homestead for $6 million. The buyer was an affiliate of Miami-based homebuilder Bluenest Development.
