The New Orleans-style bar posted on social media and on its website that it\u2019s returning to Jacksonville.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 jsuuLb body-paragraph\">The Miami-based chain\u2019s website said it\u2019s \u201ccoming soon\u201d to 1045 Park St. That\u2019s the former Rain Dogs spot in Five Points. The music venue closed in December 2025 after 11 years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 jsuuLb body-paragraph\">\u201cRiver City get ready. Fat Tuesday has entered the chat &#8230; coming soon,\u201d the chain announced in an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/DbJjsQ0ScB-\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/DbJjsQ0ScB-\/\">Instagram post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>About Fat Tuesday<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 jsuuLb body-paragraph\">Fat Tuesday opened it\u2019s first location on Bourbon Street in New Orleans in 1984. It now operates nearly 90 locations in mostly tourist areas.
