The buyer was the New York real estate investment firm Curbline Acquisitions.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h977778-p3\" class=\"permalinkable\">The previous owner was Clearwater-based KW Partners. According to Hillsborough County property records, it paid $2.8 million for the center in 2018.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h977778-p4\" class=\"permalinkable\">The 23,641-square-foot shopping center is 95% leased to what CBRE calls a mix of national and regional tenants. Included in that mix are AT&amp;T, Eggs Up Grill and Geico.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h977778-p5\" class=\"permalinkable\">CBRE\u2019s Jim Shiebler and James Garner represented both parties.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Shoppes at Crescent Park in Riverview has sold.
