According to CBS12 news partner WSVN, Karl Messner was driving his family to dinner Saturday when they stopped at a red light at Sample Road and Federal Highway. While waiting for the light to change, a man driving a Tesla pulled up alongside them and began shouting to get Messner&#8217;s attention.
