Floorplans will span one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/floridiandevelopment.com\/gallery-at-little-havana-updated-with-more-affordable-housing-units-refined-design\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Floridian Development<\/a> also notes that there have been changes made to the building\u2019s fa\u00e7ade, which now sports a \u201ca cleaner, more contemporary design.\u201d There will also be a parking podium with 109 spaces \u2013 a reduction from the previously proposed 118 spots.\u2019<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-41224\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Screenshot-2026-07-24-at-8.45.43-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"822\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">The building will measure 12 stories. The building\u2019s still set to measure 12 stories (138 feet above grade), and residents will still have access to various on-site communal amenities, such as a fitness center, clubroom, and leasing office.<\/p>\n<p>Miami Dade County partnered with Related Urban on the project. Civica Architecture is the architect; David O. Design is the landscape architect. At the time of publication, our sources did not disclose when the community would break ground.<\/p>\n<p>Gallery at Little Havana is slated for <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/pfopCLjxajsooqUB6\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">1275 SW 1st Street, Miami, Florida<\/a>, 33135, in Miami-Dade County.
