\n QB Trevor Lawrence<\/a>

Trevor Lawrence’s 2025 season is viewed by most fantasy analysts
\n and managers as the best of his career. That may be true, but
\n it’s an interesting position to take when you consider that, on
\n paper, his 2025 season (4,007-29-12; 359-9) is remarkably similar
\n to his 2022 campaign (4,113-25-8; 291-5) and, to a lesser extent,
\n his 2023 season (4,016-21-14; 339-4). What set 2025 apart wasn’t
\n necessarily the final stat line, but the trajectory of his production.
\n Through his first four games, Lawrence totaled just five touchdown
\n passes, four interceptions, and no rushing scores. Something clicked
\n during the second quarter of the season, and he caught fire down
\n the stretch. From Weeks 9-18, he ranked as the No. 1 quarterback
\n in cumulative fantasy points.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

That strong finish has once again catapulted Lawrence into QB1
\n territory entering draft season. Those expecting continued growth
\n under head coach Liam Coen will gladly buy into the hype. Others
\n may hesitate, pointing to a supporting cast that some believe
\n lacks a true fantasy difference-maker and the fact that Lawrence’s
\n nine rushing touchdowns were more than he scored in the previous
\n two seasons combined. There are also fantasy managers still bitter
\n after being burned by Lawrence in past years. But if you believe
\n 2025 was sustainable — and not a fluke, as I do — and if you
\n believe in Liam Coen as a quarterback whisperer, then draft Lawrence.<\/p>\n


\n RB Bhayshul
\n Tuten<\/a>

Bhayshul Tuten began 2025 in a crowded backfield alongside Travis
\n Etienne and Tank Bigsby. With Etienne now in New Orleans and Bigsby
\n in Philadelphia, Tuten has an opportunity to carve out a significant
\n role in 2026. His rookie usage was modest — 83 carries for 307
\n rushing yards and 10 receptions for 79 receiving yards — but
\n his seven total touchdowns showed he has a nose for the end zone.
\n More importantly, the departures of Etienne and Bigsby leave behind
\n 260 carries that have to go somewhere.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Tuten enters 2026 with Liam Coen saying he expects him to “have
\n a big year,” and he’s certainly positioned to do so. The depth
\n chart competition is thin, with Chris Rodriguez Jr. serving as
\n the primary backup, and Jacksonville ignored the running back
\n position in the draft. There are still some concerns, however.
\n First, Tuten’s physical profile doesn’t scream bell-cow back.
\n Jacksonville’s offense also isn’t overflowing with explosive complementary
\n talent, which could cap his fantasy ceiling. And Rodriguez’s familiarity
\n with Coen from their college days shouldn’t be overlooked. That
\n comfort level could earn Rodriguez additional opportunities if
\n Tuten struggles early. Even so, Tuten is best viewed as a low-end
\n RB2 with upside.<\/p>\n


\n RB Chris Rodriguez Jr.<\/a>

It’s safe to view Chris Rodriguez Jr. as a dart throw on draft
\n day. He’s spent his first three NFL seasons as a backup and hasn’t
\n generated much fantasy relevance. He has scored 10 total touchdowns
\n during that span, but his role as a receiver has been virtually
\n nonexistent, with just six career receptions.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Still, he has enough value to potentially derail some of the
\n breakout hype surrounding Tuten. At 5-11 and 224 pounds, Rodriguez
\n is a bigger back than the 5-9, 209-pound Tuten, which could make
\n him a candidate to vulture goal-line touchdowns. Rodriguez is
\n the type of player you grab in the double-digit rounds and stash
\n to see how Jacksonville uses him. He won’t offer much as a receiver,
\n so his fantasy ceiling remains limited. At the very least, keep
\n him on your radar.<\/p>\n


\n WR Brian Thomas Jr.<\/a>

What in the world happened to Brian Thomas Jr. in 2025?<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

After emerging as a league winner during his rookie season in
\n 2024, Thomas entered last year’s draft season as a bona fide fantasy
\n WR1. Instead, his production fell off a cliff across the board:
\n targets (133 in 2024 to 91 in 2025), receptions (87 to 48), receiving
\n yards (1,282 to 707), and touchdowns (10 to 2). It was ugly, and
\n it cost many fantasy managers their second-round pick.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

That disappointing campaign has made Thomas one of the best values
\n in fantasy football this season. The question is simple: Is Thomas
\n as good as he looked in 2024, or was he as bad as he looked in
\n 2025? The truth is probably somewhere in the middle, which could
\n make his WR3 draft cost a bargain. That said, Jacksonville’s receiver
\n room is crowded, and someone is going to lose targets. Because
\n of his pedigree, sky-high ceiling, and incredible rookie season,
\n many managers will still make Thomas their preferred Jaguars receiver.
\n I’d be a little more cautious than that. But if he slips into
\n the low-end WR3 or high-end WR4 range in your draft, that’s where
\n the value becomes much more appealing.<\/p>\n


\n WR Jakobi Meyers<\/a>

Jakobi Meyers is one of those boring fantasy receivers who quietly
\n outproduces bigger, flashier names on certain weeks. He arrived
\n in Jacksonville at the trade deadline from the Raiders and immediately
\n started doing what Jakobi Meyers does: delivering steady production
\n without much explosiveness. From Week 10 through the end of the
\n season, Meyers ranked as the WR23 in PPR scoring. That’s the kind
\n of weekly reliability successful fantasy teams need.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

His consistency isn’t limited to one two-month stretch, either.
\n It’s been the defining trait of his career. He has posted at least
\n 67 receptions and 804 receiving yards in five consecutive seasons.
\n That’s the definition of a possession receiver.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Jaguars clearly believe in Meyers, as evidenced by the three-year,
\n $60 million extension they gave him. He’s the perfect complement
\n to Thomas’ explosive, field-stretching skill set. Here’s the interesting
\n part: the two receivers aren’t all that far apart in draft cost.
\n For my money, I’d rather take Meyers because of the consistency
\n mentioned above. His ceiling isn’t close to Thomas’, but his floor
\n is the highest among Jacksonville’s receivers. And with a current
\n ADP of WR47, Meyers’ price is unlikely to climb much higher, unlike
\n Thomas’. If Meyers is your WR4, you’re cooking with gas.<\/p>\n


\n WR Parker Washington<\/a>

\n (2025 WR Rank \u2013 No. 32, 9.6 FPts\/G) <\/p>\n

Parker Washington is the poster child for Jacksonville’s crowded
\n receiver room. He caught fire over the final four games of the
\n season, totaling 26 receptions for 454 yards and three touchdowns
\n on 41 targets. That’s elite WR1 production.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The problem is that nothing else in Washington’s career suggests
\n it’s sustainable. Over the first 39 games of his career, he averaged
\n just six fantasy points per game. During those final four contests,
\n he averaged more than 22.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Still, Washington shouldn’t be dismissed. His late-season breakout
\n proved he can produce when given the opportunity, and that’s helping
\n drive his current ADP (94th overall in PPR leagues). It’s just
\n difficult to count on him given the circumstances of this offense.
\n Like Rodriguez, Washington is worth monitoring and makes for a
\n reasonable mid-to-late-round dart throw.<\/p>\n


\n TE Brenton Strange<\/a>

\n (2025 TE Rank \u2013 No. 19, 7.9 FPts\/G) <\/p>\n

Brenton Strange is a low-end TE2 who quietly put together some
\n productive weeks in 2025. He recorded at least five receptions
\n in all 12 games he suited up for. Those aren’t eye-popping numbers,
\n but they’re certainly serviceable in a fantasy landscape where
\n three catches for 19 yards can sink your week at the tight end
\n position.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

That said, Strange isn’t likely to win you any leagues, especially
\n with Jacksonville’s crowded group of pass catchers competing for
\n targets. He’s best viewed as a TE2 and bye-week fill-in. Draft
\n accordingly.<\/p>\n
