He said the damage was so extensive \u201cthe restaurant is no longer fixable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\">Streeter said the loss has put employee paychecks at risk and added that he is still under lease until 2029. He said he is seeking to break the lease and relocate so the business can reopen elsewhere.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\">The fundraiser, titled \u201cHelp Chef John Rebuild After Restaurant Fire,\u201d said payroll and relocation costs are the top priorities.
