There is no development timeline, a spokesperson said, but the purchase and planned use identify an end user for a more comprehensive redevelopment effort underway at the former amusement park site at 2780 Florida 16.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h977977-p3\">St. Johns County is reviewing plans to demolish the park and redevelop the property.
