(Hillsborough County property records had not been updated as of Monday.)<\/p>\n<p id=\"h978796-p3\" class=\"permalinkable\">The buyer was a joint venture between East Capital Partners and Westport Capital Partners.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h978796-p4\" class=\"permalinkable\">JLL secured the financing through GID Credit.
