(WCTV) &#8211; The Chaires 12U All-Stars punched their ticket to the Southeast Regionals with a dominant 6-0 win over three-time defending state champion Lake Mary.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The win marks the first time a team from District 20 that has won the state title for the Little League division.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Xavier Schenck threw a complete-game shutout in the win.
