Vista Brooklyn\u2019s two new tenants that will boost its retail occupancy to 100% are closer to opening.<\/p>\n
The city issued a permit July 27 for Skyline Construction Inc. of Jacksonville to build out 1,205 square feet of space for The Vital Stretch at a project cost of $225,000.<\/p>\n
Vista Brooklyn is at 200 Riverside Ave. The Vital Stretch is in Unit 7.<\/p>\n
In Unit 1, the city is reviewing a build-out permit application for the \u201cBrooklyn Pizza Bar\u201d in 1,714 square feet of space at an estimated project cost of $100,000. Premier American Construction Inc. of Middleburg is listed as the contractor.<\/p>\n
Property manager NAI Hallmark announced in March that Brooklyn Pizza and The Vital Stretch are expected to open this year at Vista Brooklyn, bringing retail space at the mixed-use center in Downtown Jacksonville to full occupancy.<\/p>\n
Brooklyn Pizza and The Vital Stretch will join Degree Wellness, The Greenhouse Bar and NAI Hallmark in the ground-floor commercial space.<\/p>\n
The landlord was represented by Austin Kay, vice president of retail sales at NAI Hallmark.<\/p>\n
The Vital Stretch provides stretch therapy and mobility services. Brooklyn Pizza, which also has a location at 13820 Old St. Augustine Road, serves New York-style and Sicilian pizza.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Vista Brooklyn is a 10-story development with ground-floor retail and 308 luxury apartment units. Built in 2021, it is on 1.71 acres near Riverside Avenue and Jackson Street with views of the St. Johns River and Downtown.\u00a0<\/p>\n
