STUART, Fla. (CBS12) \u2014 An 82-year-old man is accused of lewd and lascivious conduct with a teenage boy. <\/p>\n
According to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), on October 27, one of its deputies responded to a woman who said that her 15-year-old son was missing and that she last saw him entering his room at about 9 p.m. The criminal complaint says that, feeling concerned for her son, she unlocked his cell phone and found disturbing pictures and videos.<\/p>\n
The arrest report says one of the videos showed a teenager hands and feet bound with duct tape and an older man, believed to be the suspect, touching the teen. Another video showed them on the couch watching pornography. <\/p>\n

According to the report, a deputy asked the teen if anything had happened while he was at Hamm\u2019s house. The teen responded that Hamm had allegedly touched him on the leg, but nothing further occurred.<\/p>\n The arrest report says deputies uncovered more lewd videos of Hamm with juveniles dated September through October. <\/p>\n Investigators made contact with Hamm outside of his home, where he was placed under arrest and taken to the Martin County Jail, the arrest report says. <\/p>\n In addition to being booked on felony counts of lewd and lascivious conduct, he faces counts of showing obscene material to a minor.
