Shots fired, suspect dead after a girl was ‘abducted’ from her Ocala home, deputies say<\/a><\/p>\nWoods touted the work of his deputies and said once they learned the girl’s life was in danger, everyone jumped into help. <\/p>\n
A citizen who saw the AMBER Alert recognized the vehicle and followed Castillo. Woods said a license plate reader also helped officials find the suspect. <\/p>\n
Castillo refused to stop, and a PIT maneuver was used, Woods said. <\/p>\n
Castillo then “presented himself in a dangerous manner,” and eight deputies opened fire. A police officer also fired his weapon, Woods said. <\/p>\n
“I couldn’t be more proud of my deputies,” Woods said. “When that little girl needed them, they answered the call. They worked every lead, used every tool available, and they didn’t quit until she was safe.” <\/p>\n

I grew up with him as a huge part of my close family and it really sucks knowing he is gone.. me and him fell off for some years now because of how he became\u2026.
