During his time with the Cyclones, he oversaw a ticket sales department that managed all season and single game ticket sales for the hockey program. He also worked directly with birthday packages, corporate groups and luxury suite sales.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n&#8220;I want to thank <a href=\"https:\/\/miamiredhawks.com\/staff-directory\/brad-okel\/231\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"231\" target=\"_blank\">Brad Okel<\/a> for the opportunity to join Miami Athletics,&#8221; said Young. &#8220;I&#8217;m excited to become part of the RedHawks family and can&#8217;t wait to get started working alongside such a talented department. I look forward to welcoming RedHawks Nation to our athletic events throughout the 2026\u201327 season and helping create memorable experiences for our fans. I can&#8217;t wait to get started\u2014Go RedHawks!&#8221;<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nPrior to joining the ECHL team, Young worked as a Hospitality Sales Account Manager with the Charlotte Knights in 2023. He sold and serviced birthday packages, corporate groups, luxury suite outings and hospitality area outings.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHe has also spent time with the State College Spikes (2016-20), IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions (2016) Orange Bowl Committee (2015-16) and Akron RubberDucks (2015).<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n&#8220;We are excited to welcome Taylor to Miami Athletics,&#8221; said <a href=\"https:\/\/miamiredhawks.com\/staff-directory\/brad-okel\/231\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"231\" target=\"_blank\">Brad Okel<\/a>, Assistant V.P of Development\/Associate AD of Revenue Generation. &#8220;His experience building successful group sales initiatives\u00a0and creating premium hospitality experiences will be an incredible asset as we continue to grow our fan base and provide memorable game-day experiences.
