The SEOPW CRA may sublease property for uses in accordance with the<br \/>\n2018 SEOPW CRA Redevelopment Plan Update (\u201cRedevelopment Plan\u201d). The SEOPW CRA is<br \/>\nseeking proposals from established restaurateurs, or any persons interested in undertaking the<br \/>\nsublease of space for a full-service restaurant in the Redevelopment Area.<br \/>\nCompleted responses must be delivered to the City of Miami &#8211; City Clerk\u2019s Office, 3500<br \/>\nPan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133 no later than 11:00am on September 1, 2026.<br \/>\nAny Responses received after the above date and time or delivered to a different address or<br \/>\nlocation will not be considered.<br \/>\nThe Redevelopment Plan may be obtained from the SEOPW CRA office at 819 NW 2nd Ave,<br \/>\n3rd Floor, Miami, Florida 33136, or from the SEOPW CRA webpage at: seopwcra.com<br \/>\nRFP documents may be obtained on or after July 29, 2026, from the SEOPW CRA office at 819<br \/>\nNW 2nd Ave, 3rd Floor, Miami, Florida 33136, or from the SEOPW CRA webpage at: seopwcra.<br \/>\ncom<br \/>\nA non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held at the SEOPW CRA office at 819 NW 2nd<br \/>\nAve, 3rd Floor, Miami, Florida 33136 on August 4, 2026, at 10:00 am.
