Another celebrity mansion has hit the market in the 305. Swae Lee is selling his South Miami home.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s unclear why the two-time Grammy nominee wants to unload his crib, but we do know he\u2019s been busy of late.<\/p>\n

Born Khalif Brown, the rapper just performed at the closing ceremony of the FIFA World Cup final between Spain and Argentina in New Jersey. He joined Post Malone on stage for their \u201cSunflower\u201d collab from the soundtrack of the 2018 blockbuster \u201cSpider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earlier this year, the 33-year-old dropped a solo album called \u201cSame Difference,\u201d featuring old pal Malone, along with his \u201cUnforgettable\u201d collaborator, French Montana.<\/p>\n

Lee and his older brother, Slim Jxmmi, reportedly are also still working on future tracks for their hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd. In other words, forgive the guy if he doesn\u2019t get back to your texts right away.<\/p>\n

Back to real-estate matters: His home is conveniently located, just steps from the Shops at Sunset Place, which is set to be demolished and turned into a mixed-use mega development.<\/a><\/p>\n

Luckily, he has help, in the form of professionals to sell his property for him. The home at 7855 SW 83rd Ct.,<\/a> listed for $5.39 million, is being handled by Eddy Martinez and Roland Ortiz of The R\/E Team at ONE Sotheby\u2019s International Realty.<\/p>\n

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom estate is nestled on one acre of land in a cul-de-sac, offering \u201cthe ultimate blend of luxury, privacy and resort-style living,\u201d according to a release.<\/p>\n
