A Florida-based Mexican food chain known for its lively atmosphere will make its Massachusetts debut<\/a> this weekend.<\/p>\n

Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar<\/a> will open<\/a> at the Burlington Mall<\/a> in Burlington on Saturday. The opening will mark the brand’s first Massachusetts location and 12th location nationwide.<\/p>\n

Rocco’s Tacos has spots throughout Florida and in New York City. The first Rocco’s opened in 2007 in West Palm Beach.<\/p>\n

“Massachusetts has always felt like home to me,” founder Rocco Mangel said in a press release.<\/p>\n

“I spent my summers here with my family, and those memories have stayed with me throughout my life,” he said. “Opening our first restaurant here means more than I can put into words. It’s incredibly special to finally bring something we’ve built over the last 19 years to a place that’s been part of my story since I was a kid.”<\/p>\n

The Burlington Rocco’s will showcase the chain’s signature design featuring hand-selected fixtures and artisan pieces sourced directly from Mexico. The 5,343-square-foot restaurant will have seating for 200 guests indoors, along with an all-season outdoor patio.<\/p>\n

The Burlington location will also continue Rocco’s tradition of serving authentic Mexican cuisine with seasonally refreshed menus, signature margaritas and famous table-side guacamole. Patrons can also take advantage of Rocco’s unbeatable Taco Tuesday, which typically features<\/a> all-you-can-eat tacos at a fixed price.<\/p>\n

Located at 75 Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington, Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar will be open daily from 11 a.m. to midnight, serving lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.<\/p>\n
