Primo Brands Corporation (NYSE: PRMB), a leading North American beverage company with dual headquarters in Tampa<\/a> and Stamford, Connecticut, has appointed Eric Foss as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. <\/p>\n

Foss succeeds Robbert Rietbroek, who led the company through its first year following the merger that created Primo Brands.<\/p>\n

Foss, a veteran executive known for steering global consumer brands, previously served as Chairman and CEO of multiple beverage and direct store distribution businesses<\/a>. He has also served on the board of Primo Brands and its predecessor, Primo Water, which has given him deep familiarity with the company\u2019s operations and strategy.<\/p>\n

Metropoulos said his decision to step down as Non-Executive Chairman comes at a natural transition point as Primo Brands enters a new phase of integration and growth. He will remain on the board as a Director.<\/p>\n

Primo Brands employs more than 12,000 people and manages one of the industry\u2019s most extensive networks for bottled and packaged water distribution. The company\u2019s portfolio includes well-known brands such as Poland Spring, Pure Life, Saratoga, Mountain Valley, Zephyrhills, Deer Park and Primo Water.<\/p>\n

Its vertically integrated coast-to-coast distribution system delivers hydration products to retail outlets, hospitality venues, hospitals and homes across the U.S. and Canada. <\/p>\n
