American Landmark Apartments (\u201cAmerican Landmark\u201d)<\/a>, one of the nation\u2019s leading multifamily investment managers and owner-operators, has acquired Tortuga Pointe<\/a>, a 295-unit apartment community located in St. Petersburg, Florida<\/a>. The property will be rebranded as Tortuga Bayside, further expanding American Landmark\u2019s Florida portfolio to 22 properties while strengthening the firm\u2019s presence across the Tampa Bay region.<\/p>\n

Located within the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater metropolitan area, St. Petersburg continues to benefit from one of the Southeast\u2019s most resilient and diversified economies. The region has maintained economic momentum, supported by growth across several industries including marine and life sciences, specialized manufacturing, data analytics, and the most concentrated financial services in Florida and the region (City of St. Petersburg).<\/p>\n
