(CBS12) \u2014 Two individuals who were parked in an empty field are accused of drug possession, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityoffortpierce.com\/1186\/Police\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Fort Pierce Police Department<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Per the <a href=\"https:\/\/cbs12.com\/search?find=fppd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">FPPD<\/a>, before 5 a.m. on July 31, officers were called to N. 10th Street regarding a suspicious vehicle parked in an empty field. Howard was taken into custody without incident.<\/p>\n<p>Both suspects were transported to the St. Lucie County Jail and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jackson was also charged with resisting an officer without violence and tampering with physical evidence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"FORT PIERCE, Fla.
