Universal Orlando Resort guests can now recognize a Team Member who made their day with a \u201cFist Bump\u201d feature in the resort app.<\/p>\n

Find the feature in the app by scrolling all the way to the bottom of the main page. Under \u201cHelpful Tools\u201d is \u201c#UOFistBump.\u201d Click on that to reach the fist bump menu.<\/p>\n

Select \u201c#UOFistBump\u201d from the dropdown \u201cTopic\u201d menu. Then put in your information, a message, and the Team Member\u2019s name and location. Click \u201cMessage Us\u201d when done.<\/p>\n

The feature is similar to Disney\u2019s \u201cCast Compliment<\/a>\u201d option.<\/p>\n
