(WSVN) &#8211; A wish came true in Fort Lauderdale for a young teen who\u2019s a big Pok\u00e9mon fan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thirteen-year-old Ty O\u2019Neill, a native of Canada, is in remission after battling cancer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His dream was to be able to attend a Pok\u00e9mon card party and Make-A-Wish Southern Florida made it happen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O\u2019Neill got to meet two of his favorite content creators at the Broward Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, where they opened mystery card packs together and looked through the teen\u2019s binder of valuable collectibles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also gifted them cards he designed himself, inspired by the duo. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O\u2019Neill also received a variety of Pok\u00e9mon merchandise, including shirts, hats, and more cards.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 Sunbeam Television Corp.
