The University of North Florida Student Government announced that student season-ticket sales for the Jacksonville Jaguars will open on Monday, Aug. 17, with 150 tickets available, according to an SG press release.<\/p>\n
The ticket offering comes as the venue undergoes major renovations as part of the team\u2019s \u201cStadium of the Future\u201d project<\/a>, the press release said. As a result, seating capacity for the 2026-2027 season has been reduced, with student season tickets dropping from last year\u2019s 500<\/a> to 150.\u00a0<\/p>\n Price increases and seating upgrades<\/p>\n The season ticket package costs $1,098, which can be paid in three installments of $366, \u201cmaking it easier for students to budget throughout the season,\u201d according to the press release.<\/p>\n While ticket prices have increased, students will also receive upgraded seating and a wider array of perks, according to the press release.\u00a0<\/p>\n This year, student ticket holders will be seated in the 100- and 200-level sections, according to the release. Last year, Spinnaker reported<\/a> that 200-level seating and 400-level seating were priced at $320 and $240, respectively.\u00a0<\/p>\n Along with the seat upgrade, purchasers will receive the full range of benefits available to standard Jacksonville Jaguars season-ticket members, the press release said.<\/p>\n \u201cStudents who have traditionally waited to purchase may want to act quickly, as demand is expected to be higher than ever,\u201d the press release said.<\/p>\n Season ticket member benefits<\/p>\n According to SG\u2019s press release, the perks include:<\/p>\n Playoff priority: The opportunity to secure the same seats for potential home playoff games at the lowest available rate.
