Warm, humid start before storms develop this afternoon<\/p>\n

\"Cam<\/a>ORLANDO, Fla. \u2014<\/p>\n

Another warm and sticky start is on tap, with afternoon highs climbing to around 90 degrees.<\/p>\n

Showers and thunderstorms will develop earlier than the past few days, with the first storms expected between 2 and 4 p.m. across the Orlando metro before shifting toward the west coast through the evening.<\/p>\n

Looking ahead, a tropical wave \u2014 not expected to develop into a tropical system \u2014 will bring a surge of tropical moisture Friday and Saturday, leading to higher rain and storm chances. <\/p>\n

Rain chances then gradually decrease Sunday and continue trending lower into next week.<\/p>\n
