While walking through a photo op area that also served as an attraction queue, he slipped on a substantial accumulation of water, which was pooling from stanchion inserts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tenjo claims he suffered bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, mental anguish, medical expenses, lost earnings, and other permanent or continuing damages.
