Residences will come outfitted with floor-to-ceiling windows and various modern finishings. Additionally, residents would have access to more than 100,000 square feet of communal amenities, which include (but aren\u2019t limited to) a swimming pool, business center, and multiple sports courts.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-41472\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Screenshot-2026-08-06-at-11.20.18-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"490\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">This now-demolished building once occupied the nearly two-acre site. Image from Google Earth<\/p>\n<p>Additional features of Ombelle include more than 11,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, along with a 35,000-square-foot Equinox gym. There will also be 895 parking spots, a nearly four percent reduction from the originally planned 932 spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Dependable Equities is the developer. The New York City-based firm purchased Ombelle\u2019s two-acre build site for $27 million in 2021; the firm intends to spend more than $50 million to fund its two-tower project.
