Daughter of Cape Coral woman found dead in Charlotte County says arrest made in case a year later<\/p>\n

The daughter of a Cape Coral woman found dead in Charlotte County says an arrest has been made in connection with her death more than a year later.<\/p>\n

Brenda Corbin’s daughter<\/a> tells Gulf Coast News she has been speaking with a detective in the case.<\/p>\n

Corbin’s body<\/a> was found a few days after she was reported missing along a private farm road next to Bermont Road<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Corbin was last seen on May 19, 2025, near Southeast 18th Avenue in Cape Coral.<\/p>\n

Gulf Coast News has reached out to the Cape Coral Police Department and the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office to confirm the arrest.<\/p>\n
