(CBS12)  \u2014 Developers behind the long-delayed<a href=\"https:\/\/cbs12.com\/news\/local\/kings-landing-a-step-closer-to-reality-in-fort-pierce-treasure-coast-florida-news-indian-river-dr-and-second-st-august-12-2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> King&#8217;s Landing project <\/a>in Fort Pierce are seeking an additional 180 days to secure a $15 million private investment commitment.<\/p>\n<p>The mixed-use development is planned for the former H.D.
