JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2013 The Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office is asking for the public\u2019s help locating a missing 15-year-old girl who was last seen Friday evening.<\/p>\n
Ellie Lowry was last spotted around 8:15 p.m. on Merrill Road near Hartsfield Road. Officials say Ellie has been diagnosed with multiple mental health disorders, raising concerns for her safety and well-being.<\/p>\n
Ellie is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 180 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black dress and flip flops. She has a bandaged right arm, wrapped to above the elbow, and is known to walk on her tiptoes.<\/p>\n
Anyone who sees Ellie or knows her whereabouts is urged to call the Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office at 904-630-0500. The agency is encouraging the public to share information as widely as possible to help bring her home safely.<\/p>\n
