Photos show animal injury.**<\/p>\n<p>A Port St. Lucie man was arrested following an investigation into a social media video that shows a man abusing a small dog, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stluciesheriff.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">St. Lucie County Sheriff\u2019s Office<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Video from SLCSO shows Ricky Lee Shieferstein, 68, appearing to kick a small dog in his backyard near a pool.
