{"id":367022,"date":"2026-08-09T20:24:36","date_gmt":"2026-08-09T20:24:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/367022\/"},"modified":"2026-08-09T20:24:36","modified_gmt":"2026-08-09T20:24:36","slug":"say-oui-to-bon-vivants-first-anniversary-flavors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/367022\/","title":{"rendered":"Say \u201coui\u201d to Bon Vivant\u2019s first-anniversary flavors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatbonvivant.com\/?srsltid=AfmBOor2L_jbdwM008nCpmnOvL8_ZsNSjm5KWPR5KObig6x1MZxnK1bX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Bon Vivant Charcuterie and Gourmet Market<\/a> is bringing a bit of Euro summer to Miami Lakes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 To celebrate the shop\u2019 one-year anniversary in June, owners Lilly Tudela and Jennifer Lajud\u00a0 have debuted new menu items.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 There are four new wine-based cocktails and one mocktail; three new happy-hour appetizers to try and three new sandwiches to sample.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 The Venetian Orange Spritz ($15) is made with an orange aperitivo, prosecco, sparkling soda and an orange slice, made to be like an Aperol spritz.<\/p>\n<p>If you want something lighter, there is also Bon Vivant\u2019s take on a Hugo Spritz ($15) with elderflower syrup, cava, sparkling soda, mint and lime. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 Also on the lighter side is the Lillet Blanc Spritz ($15), a French aperitif made with Lillet Blanc, prosecco, sparkling soda and a lemon twist. There\u2019s also the Strawberry Rose Spritz ($15) with Lillet Rose, cava, sparkling soda and fresh strawberry.<\/p>\n<p>For a nonalcoholic option, try the Ume Spritz ($13), made with Aplos non-alcoholic mocktail mix.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 All the spritzes are available for $12 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 New menu items to share include marinated olives ($6) and truffle charcuterie nachos ($17). The nachos are made with Jose Andres chips, prosciutto slices and fig jam with honey drizzle.
