MIAMI \u2014 A restaurant dispute that stretched on for more than two hours ended with police using a Taser on a 35-year-old man who refused to leave.<\/p>\n
Richard James Scott called himself the son of God before he was finally handcuffed and arrested. He appeared in bond court Sunday afternoon.<\/p>\n
Cellphone video captured the moment police used a Taser on Scott outside Primo\u2019s restaurant.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was a bad time for our people, for my employee, especially for the customers,\u201d said Ugo Patierno, the restaurant\u2019s chef operations manager.<\/p>\n
Patierno said Scott tried to pay for a couple of drinks with a fake credit card before telling him to charge it to his room. But the number Scott gave for the room was also fake: 666.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe said, \u2018I\u2019m the son of God. So this is my room, you can charge on my room.\u2019 I laughed the first time,\u201d Patierno said.<\/p>\n
Patierno said Scott eventually became aggressive, yelling at him and the staff. They asked him to leave, but he refused, and police were called.<\/p>\n
That started a prolonged interaction with police before Scott finally got up and walked out of the hotel restaurant.<\/p>\n
Outside, he tried to get into a Rolls-Royce that wasn\u2019t his. That\u2019s when police had had enough and used a Taser.<\/p>\n
Scott was taken to jail, where he was booked on trespassing and disorderly conduct charges.<\/p>\n
He appeared in bond court Sunday afternoon, where a judge set his bond at $650.<\/p>\n
Scott was also ordered to stay away from the hotel and restaurant.<\/p>\n
